Our team,three(3) of the sidehustle customer relationship portfolio building project was handed the task of building an FAQ chatbot as a follow-up from our week 1 task handed to us.We began the week 2 task by creating a tidio account with the help of a website url provided to us by a frontend UI team.Below is a screenshot of the chatbot logic process
